Hanzhi Wang wins First Prize in Italy
Accordion student wins prestigious international competition
RDAM student Hanzhi Wang has won "PIF 2015", one of the most important international accordion competitions, held from 19th to 20th September 2015 in Castelfidardo, Italy. The competition had three rounds and the finale was the first performance of Bobertop Molinelli's "Il Bosco della Musica" with orchestra, conducted by the composer himself. Special focus on the competition this year, as it celebrated its 40th year and the participants came from all over the world. Winning the first prize means a series of concerts in countries like Portugal, Belgium and Serbia for Hanzhi Wang.
