NOVO Quartet won the P2 Chamber Music Competition 2020
RDAM students won the prestigious chamber music competition
The young and talented string quartet, NOVO Quartet, won the Danish Radio P2’s Chamber Music Competition 2020. The final took place on 1 November 2020 at DR. The 2nd Prize went to Københavns Messingkvintet, and 3rd Prize went to Duo Edda.
NOVO Quartet consists of the violinists Kaya Kato Møller and Nikolai Vasili Nedergaard, viola player Daniel Śledziński, and cellist Signe Ebstrup Bitsch. All four are students at RDAM. The quartet was formed in 2018, and has studied under Professor of Chamber Music, Tim Frederiksen.
