Under the General Data Protection Regulation, RDAM has an obligation to receive your consent in order to use pictures, video and audio recordings of you on our website and in social media, etc.

1. General remarks on the use of photographs, video and audio

The Royal Danish Academy of Music (RDAM) would like to be able to use portrait photographs, situation pictures (photographs from everyday situations / educational situations / concerts), and video and audio recordings, for communication purposes, etc.
Portrait photographs, situation pictures, video and audio recordings may be used internally or externally, including on the website, on social media and in other communication contexts. The pictures may also be used in print media, for example in flyers and brochures about RDAM.
You will not receive remuneration or other compensation for the use of the pictures, etc.

2. Consent

By giving your consent to this declaration, you agree that RDAM may use your portrait photograph or situation pictures, video or audio recordings in which you are included in the above-described contexts.
The consent also applies to the period after you have completed your studies.
This consent is given voluntarily, and you may refuse to give your consent without this having any consequences for your studies.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Reception. If you withdraw your consent, RDAM will no longer use any pictures, etc., of you.

3. Your rights

You may at any time request access to the personal data that RDAM processes about you. You also have the right to request that your personal information be corrected, deleted or blocked, and the right to object to the collection and processing of your personal information. We will comply with such requests unless the law indicates otherwise.

If you disagree with the manner in which RDAM processes your personal information, you may submit a complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Borgergade 28, 5. sal, 1300 Copenhagen K.

By giving your consent, you consent to RDAM using pictures of you in the above contexts.
