Anne Soe started as a 4-year-old to play violin after the Suzuki method and she was admitted to the Royal Danish Academy of Music at age 15 where she studied with Prof. Milan Vitek and later at the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus with Marta Libalova where she finished with soloist degree. Further studies in Salzburg with Ruggerio Ricci.
Age 15 Anne Soe won the gold medal in the Berlingske Music Competition and is also the recipient of numerous awards including Jacob Gade Prize. She was concertmaster for the Athelas Sinfonietta Copenhagen for 10 years and has since 2004 been 2nd concertmaster of the Copenhagen Philharmonic. Since 2008 Anne Soe is employed as a part time teacher at the Academy.
