Audience guidelines

For concerts in The Concert Hall

The approved capacity of the hall is 500 people, including staff and performers

  • The staff will guide audience members
  • The number of audience members will be counted at the entrance
  • Coats and bags must be stored in the cloakroom, this can be done for free
  • At certain areas, safety distancing floor markings have been put in place
  • Alcohol disinfectant is available at the entrance, and there is greater focus on cleaning
  • To avoid queues, the bar will not be open
  • Doors will open approximately 45 minutes before the concert begins
  • Audience members are encouraged to arrive in advance and proceed directly into the hall after depositing coats and bags, if necessary
  • Every other seat will be blocked
  • Concerts will have a short intermission or none at all. Audience members are encouraged to not leave their seats (access to the washrooms is available)
  • After the concert, audience members will be directed to leave in sections to avoid queues at the cloakroom

For concerts at The Studio Hall

The approved capacity of the hall is 100 people, including staff and performers

  • The staff will guide audience members
  • The number of audience members will be counted at the entrance
  • Doors will open approximately 45 minutes before the concert begins
  • To avoid queues, the bar will not be open
  • Audience members are encouraged to arrive in advance and proceed directly into the hall
  • Every other seat will be blocked
  • Concerts will have a short intermission or none at all. Audience members are encouraged to not leave their seats (access to the washrooms is available)
  • At certain areas, safety distancing floor markings have been put in place
  • Alcohol disinfectant is available in the foyer, and there is greater focus on cleaning

For concerts in the New Hall and The Garden Hall

The approved capacity of the hall is 45 people, including staff and performers

  • The staff will guide audience members
  • The number of audience members will be counted at the entrance
  • Doors will open approximately 45 minutes before the concert begins
  • Audience members are encouraged to arrive in advance
  • Every other seat has been removed
  • Concerts will have a short intermission, the bar will be closed
  • At certain areas, safety distancing floor markings have been put in place
  • Alcohol disinfectant is available in the foyer, and there is greater focus on cleaning

 

 

Please stay home and do not attend a concert if you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness.
